How it Works

Initial Valuation

Our residential valuer inspect your property and asses its suitability to rent. While doing so we may highlight any improvements that would benefit the property or any other issues that need addressing for compliance with the law.


Marketing Preparation

Your property will be showcased in the best possible light. We use professional photography and use high specification floorplans for all our properties as standard. This initial preparation will put your property ahead of the competition. So no dark bathroom shots as the main image, which seems to be common in other rental properties seen on the market.


Advertising

Exposure to the market is key to achieve a quick let. We advertise across all of the property portals including Rightmove, On The Market and social media. In addition to this we have a huge database of potential tenants and industry leading back office software to match properties to tenants needs.


Viewings

Our property experts are a dab hand at showing properties and maximising the potential interest. We are available 6 days a week for viewings.


Referencing & Sign-up

We take referencing seriously and ensure our properties are only let to tenants that are of a high standard minimising risk to our landlords. Amongst other things we carefully check applicants credit profile, income and expenditure, address history and previous landlord references.


The move in

We will prepare the tenancy agreement and move pack, and will hand over everything to the tenants on the move day subject to the first months rent and deposit being paid in advance.
